IPSWICH HINDU SAMAJ (IHS) MEMBERSHIP
If you are not members of the IHS, and would like to become a member or being member in the preceding year/s and have not renewed your membership for the current year, please do it now, by completing the membership form.
Either
You may download the "membership form",and send the completed form at the address at the bottom of the form. You may also complete the Standing Order Mandate, on page 2 of the membership form for the annual renewal of the membership. Please do not forget to sign the Gift Aid (box) declaration at the bottom of the membership form, if you are completing the form for the first time.
Or
You may download the Standing Order Mandate, for monthly donation of the membership form, for raising funds for the Samaj's activities, and which will also ensure your continued membership of the Samaj. Standing Order Mandate gives free membership to donors as long as they continue to pay monthly donations. When stopped, it will only cover the running year. Again, please do not forget to sign the Gift Aid declaration on page 2 of Standing Order Mandate.
